Our own recipe Mexican Lime Cheesecake has a biscuit base that does not contain gluten, topped with our special zingy lime and avocado (yes, avocado!) set cheesecake topping. Why avocado? It gives the cheesecake an extra rich creamy texture. Pre portioned, just defrost what you need when you want it.
