Ingredients
  • 2oz / 57g Calamari  per person
  • 2oz / 57g Black Tiger Prawn (2618) per person
  • 1 teaspoon Guajillo Chile flakes (4572)
  • 1 clove Crushed Garlic
  • Olive Oil
Instructions

Simply mix Garlic and chilli into Olive oil.  Then pan fry seafood till cooked in chilli oil.

 

Serving Suggestions

Serve on fresh corn tortillas with other condiments, i.e chipotle Mayo, Nopal salad, habanero dressing.
